At Kansas City Pork Co. we specialize in using local pork
to craft Thai Specialty Marinated Meats and Sausages. Our processor sources the pork we use as whole animals from Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, and Kansas.
We exist to share authentic Thai recipes, create new cultural food memories, and provide you with the best quality Thai pork products!
We are a small Kansas meat processing company operating out of Olathe KS under the inspection of the Kansas Department of Agriculture. Your food safety and quality is our highest priority, which is why every time we process one of our pork products a KDA inspector is always present. We take pride in what we do and we are proud to be the only source in Kansas to bring you these authentic Thai recipes.
